Remembering the Life and Legacy of the late Chief Justice P. Harris Hines (Retired)

With great sadness and heavy hearts, the Commission offers its heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of former Chief Justice P. Harris Hines on his untimely and sudden passing after being involved in an automobile accident on November 4, 2018.  Chief Justice Hines will always be remembered for his warm and caring spirit, his sense of humor, and his kindness to all.
